AdBlock Plus Developer Sold Out

So it has come to my recent attention that the developer of AdBlock Plus has sold out.  He is now allowing for "acceptable advertising", this is beyond infuriating.  It means that unwelcome changes are coming to our beloved Adblocking Extension.

Finally Moved To TEST Chrome

After much deliberation and lots of searching for extensions.  I have finally managed to move to Chrome for the purposes of testing it.  There are a lot of different things on here, extension wise, but if all does as I want it to.  It will be alright.

Still Working On Skyrim

Skyrim New Patch Woes

Bah, the new 1.2 patch has caused a mess of issues to be fixed.

Resistances no longer work on your character and dragons fly backwards.

This is so annoying...I hope they get this fixed really, REALLY quickly.

People aren't going to want a to play a game that suddenly got stupidly hard because of a major bug like that.

Tired of Shaving

This constant shaving every week is beginning to weigh on me.  I hate it.  I'm tired of it.


Seriously, I hate shaving.  I either get razor burn, it yanks my poor hair out, or I cut myself (I use a beard trimmer).  I'm tired of it.  Just give me something I can spray/rub/smear onto the areas and be done with it with a trashcan and paper towel.  I love the smooth skin feel I get but it's not worth the horrid razor burn and bleeding.

I'm looking for products that kill the hair or make it go away for an extended time.  The caveat is they can't burn or hurt.

Is there such a thing?  Inquiring minds would like to know.

You have to be the best game that I've played in a while.  Your graphics are amazing for this age and your gameplay is fantastic.  The RPG world is awesome, there are secrets and loot everywhere, Tons of perks/skills and you can play how you want.

Update On The Internet Situation

So, we got our brand new Cisco Docsis 3.0 3010 and we are still having intermittent issues with the connection so in light of this, they are going to be sending out a specialist to check the lines.  I suspect that there is something wrong with them, be it damage or otherwise.  This appointment is undetermined but oh does it just keep getting better.

This could end up knocking us offline for 24 hours to a few days, but if it solves the damn problem, I'm all for it.

I Won't Be Leaving Afterall

It seems I was wrong about how people felt about me at the forum, and many things were said yesterday that put things into perspective.

I was banned temporarily as punishment for being a dick head and I've taken the steps to make my apology worthwhile but for some it's apparently not good enough.

Internet Woes At An End

So, it's been a bit before a nice update between the crappy net and Skyrim, I've been busy.

We had a tech out here about 3 days ago and ran some tests because our net kept dropping when there wasn't any outages, anyways turns out the modem needed replaced.

Why Catwoman Sucks in Batman: Arkham City

Ok, so we've all gotten it, played it, and loved it.  However, just one thing REALLY irks me about this game and I'm sure it's irking others as well.  It's Catwoman as a playable character.  If you were worried about whether getting her is a deciding factor, it's not, not at all.  She sucks, 100% and I'm going to tell you why.

So the tech ended up coming out on Saturday instead of Sunday, yay!

Anyways, they looked at everything inside and tested the signals and what not, found it to not be a problem so they went out to the box.

Roommate Robbed AGAIN

It's about 4am and my roommate comes home early by 3 hours or so.  I ask him what's wrong and he says he got robbed again.  Thankfully, he is ok and they didn't get anything of ours.

Internet Vs IRL

Let me just start out by saying there is NO difference between these two.

NONE.

Anything and everything you do in either/or effects the other.  I'll break it down for you by using the most common reasons people think that the Internet "doesn't matter" nor do their actions on said Internet.

Blog Syncing

OK, so I finally got it work using an application on Facebook called RSS Graffiti.

Shoutout to these fine people for this app.  It checks about every ten minutes and if it finds a new post, it will add it automatically to my wall.  Thank you to the people who made this!

However, this should have been natively supported by Facebook itself.  I mean seriously, isn't it supposed to be a SOCIAL networking service?  For shame, Facebook.

It seriously took me like an HOUR and half to figure this shit out after googling and messing about.  Ugh.  What a goddamn headache that was.

In the end though I guess it's worth it.  I hope my Facebook friends enjoy my blog as well.

Noise

I hate it, in all forms.  Bass, music, screaming, yelling, TV's, w/e.  I have a severe problem with noise due to the OVER sensitive nature of my hearing.  I have REALLY, REALLY good hearing, probably because I'm half blind!

Minecraft

I don't see the real big deal with this game, to me it's just like extreme lego building mixed with enemies, lag, and a pain of broken or nauseatingly boring tasks and farming.

With the latest update coming it may finally BECOME a GAME.  It's set to add in many RPG elements and such.

Anyways, due to the help of a friend I'm playing Zelda Adventure latest version but I'm noticing many of the mechanics of Java are broken.
