So the tech ended up coming out on Saturday instead of Sunday, yay!
Anyways, they looked at everything inside and tested the signals and what not, found it to not be a problem so they went out to the box.
Seems the box needed to be replaced
, the tab had a bunch of busted ports on it. A line tech was scheduled to come out and they did so, so we had to go without Internet pretty much all day.
Alongside this, they have been doing infrastructure work, preparing for winter. So that's been knocking us offline as well.
Hopefully, since the tab got replaced there won't be a fluctuating signal anymore and our Internet problems will be over!
