Bill S.978

I'm just going to start out by saying I completely and 100% eject this bill.  It's not good for the Internet or for us as users.

For those that don't know what it is, it's a the new
copyright bill that's supposedly going to "put those thiefs in their place."  It calls for any content that contains copyright material is uploaded, you can face 5 years in  jail and a fine.

I'm not even going to get in and start on how this will ruin sites like Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, or even Fair Use in general.

I urge you to move to block the bill by signing the petition and calling our local legislature and ask them to oppose the bill

It's only good for the corporations and not for us.
