So, we got our brand new Cisco Docsis 3.0 3010 and we are still having intermittent issues with the connection so in light of this, they are going to be sending out a specialist to check the lines. I suspect that there is something wrong with them, be it damage or otherwise. This appointment is undetermined but oh does it just keep getting better.
This could end up knocking us offline for 24 hours to a few days, but if it solves the damn problem, I'm all for it.
